Feel the dirt on your boots. The wind at your face. The start of something real.
A marketplace for the kind of trips you remember by the sound of the river, not the name of the hotel. Browse adventures. Book in minutes.
Booking software that fades into the background
Most adventure booking software makes you work around it. Ours gets out of the way so you can focus on guiding, not managing a dashboard.

Scheduling without the spreadsheets
Set availability once for each trip. No double bookings, no manual calendar syncing, no last-minute scramble.
Bookings come to you
Your guests book online whenever they want. The platform handles confirmations, cancellations, and payment so you don't have to.
Over 25,000 trips booked and counting
The booking software heli uses is straightforward. My guests schedule their own times, and the calendar updates instantly. No double bookings, no confusion, no back-and-forth emails.

Rafting guide, Colorado River Outfitters

I booked a last-minute zipline tour through heli at 10pm. Got a confirmation in two minutes. The operator already had my waiver signed. That never happens.

We switched to heli's platform six months ago. Our admin time dropped by almost half. Now we spend more time guiding and less time managing spreadsheets.

What makes a tech company start in a mountain town?
Heli was built because booking a rafting trip shouldn't be harder than the hike in. One platform for the traveler planning an adventure and the operator running it.
Still on the fence?
Here are answers to the most common booking questions we hear.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on the activity and season. Popular trips can fill up weeks ahead, but last-minute cancellations open up spots. Book early for your first choice.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Each operator sets their own policy. You’ll see the cancellation terms clearly before you pay. Many offer free changes up to 48 hours before the trip.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If an operator cancels due to weather, you get a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost. We monitor conditions closely.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Most adventure activities require a signed waiver before you go. You’ll complete it digitally when you book or on-site before the activity starts.
What if I’m a solo traveler?
Many trips welcome solo adventurers. You can book directly for most activities. Some group experiences may have a minimum number, but we’ll note that on the listing.
How do I know what to bring?
Every booking confirmation includes a what-to-bring list from the operator. Think sturdy shoes, layers, sunscreen, and a sense of adventure.
