How do I book a trip through heli?
Browse the available experiences on the platform, choose your date and time, then book directly through the site. You will get a confirmation right away.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
Each experience has its own cancellation policy set by the operator. You can review it before booking. For help with a cancellation, email email@mybusiness.com.
Can operators manage their own schedules in the software?
Yes. Operators log in to the dashboard to set availability, block dates, and update pricing in real time. The booking calendar syncs automatically with the front end.
Are there booking fees on top of the experience price?
The price you see includes all platform fees. There are no surprise charges at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
How do I know an operator is reliable?
Every operator on heli has a verified profile with reviews from past travelers. You can read those reviews before you book.
